Life coaching resources:

our media library

In our life coaching resource library, I’m sharing with you a selection of articles, books, audio files, videos, and links to tools that support you at every step of your journey.

These are tools and rare gems I’ve discovered along my journey—some of them a very long time ago—that have become true pillars of support. They tirelessly help me respect myself, love myself just as I am, “stay the course,” and guide me in my skills and attitudes, so that I can feel good in my body, in my being, and in my life. I’m also sharing inspiring writings and images I’ve created—drawn from my own experiences and insights—which I’m delighted to share with you with gratitude.

3 Pillars of Our Life Coaching Resource Library

This media library is organized around three themes, designed as different entry points depending on what you’re looking for today: moving forward step by step, enriching your thinking through reading, or gaining a better understanding of the processes at work within you.

  • "Small Steps" Collection:
The first focus area, the "Small Steps" collection, brings together practical personal development tools designed for daily use rather than one-time reading. It includes the "Atlas Keys," "Words of Wisdom," Zen meditation exercises, and the "Monster and Ally" meditation. The idea behind this section is simple: change doesn’t happen in one big leap, but through small, repeated actions that, over time, bring about lasting transformation in the way we live our lives. These resources are accessible to both young people going through life transitions and parents seeking to find their footing before supporting their children.
  • Bookstore:
The second focus, the bookstore, offers a selection of inspiring reading material and other media, including Kahlil Gibran’s poem dedicated to children—a text often cited in parenting resources for its insightful perspective on the parent-child relationship. These inspiring books were chosen because they provide practical support for the themes addressed in life coaching: self-confidence, independence, parenting, and life transitions. This selection continues to grow as I read and discover new works.
  • Understanding: How Does It Work?
The third theme begins with a fundamental question: knowing where we come from in order to understand where we’re going. This section offers insights into the biodiversity of the heart, the power to act, the human timeline, our relationship to trauma, a guide to emotions, and an atlas of the human body. These resources invite us to explore the roots of our behaviors and emotions, based on this conviction: “In these true stories, everything may be false—I invite you to check it out for yourself.” Understanding one’s own mechanisms is often the first step toward transforming them.

A Vibrant Media Library

This library of life coaching resources continues to grow over time, as new tools, new readings, and new insights enrich each of the three areas. At the bottom of the page, you’ll also find a gallery of our meetings, workshops, and coaching sessions with young adults and young people in transition—concrete examples of this work in action every day.

If a resource particularly resonates with you, or if you’d like guidance on how to make the most of it, please don’t hesitate to contact us: that’s what this media library is for—a starting point, never an endpoint.

Knowing where we come from to understand where we're going?
